The selection of Dr. Sandeep Mazumder as Berry’s ninth president headlines the Spring 2025 issue of Berry magazine. You’ll also find coverage of a dream gig for a music alum and reinvigoration of the college’s historic work program.
Gracing the cover is 1982 graduate Lee Shealy, who is “Groovin’” to the sounds of his youth as a member of the iconic Southern rock band Atlanta Rhythm Section.
There’s also a salute to 19 years of progress under the leadership of retiring President Steve Briggs, whose final essay focuses on his own Berry Journey.
