The Welcome Center is located at the Main Entrance of Berry College, and is the first stop entering campus for any visitor, student, or staff members of Berry. Students, staff members, and community members who have a RFID decal sticker on their windshield may enter campus through the Main entrance lane (left lane).
Visitors and cars without the RFID decal must enter through the visitor’s side (right lane) of the Welcome Center. As a visitor, you will be greeter by our student greeters, who will be happy to provide with a campus map, and any directions or instructions for how to navigate our campus and find the particular location you are looking for.
For the safety of Berry’s campus, including the students, staff, and faculty who live and work at Berry, all visitors and cars driving through the visitor’s side of the Welcome Center are required to provide a Valid Driver’s License to the greeter on duty. Berry College Police reserves the right to refuse access to campus to those who are not able to provide a valid Driver’s License. To allow for prompt entry into campus, we appreciate you having this ready when pulling up the greeter. During peak event times, it is possible to experience a delay to enter campus. Please factor this into your travel time when coming to Berry.
As a community member, you are welcome to purchase an annual visitor pass for $25 by parking and going in the Welcome Center, Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.. This pass allows you to enter in through the main gate, anytime between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., when our campus is open the public.
If you are hosting an event on campus for your group or organization, we appreciate you sharing this information with your group, so they can be prepared to visit campus.
Students and faculty-staff residents must notify Berry College Police at 706.236.2262 of any expected after-hours (after 7 p.m.) guests, which will allow for prompt entry into campus.
